How do you know it's winter in Houston?

Belle will have on her winter coat that's how! Isn't she soooo cute? She's not so sure she likes it yet but when the temp. is in the 20's she will be glad mom thought ahead.

Buddy and Dave Become Friends

I think Buddy and Dave have something in common. They both like to lay and chew. Dave of course will chew anything and he doesn't lay too long. He has more energy than three Buddies. He does have to work off the 6 cups of food he eats everyday!! Thankfully he is going outside. (If you don't count the time he managed to pee-pee on all six pillows on our bed!) He sure makes a bigger mess than Belle ever did. But we still love him and he hasn't bit anyone yet.

Dave Becomes Part of the Family

Boy am I having fun. I'm making friends and enjoying my big backyard. I have been playing with my friend Buddy and loving up to my new daddy. I'm working on Belle. She's coming around but she just doesn't understand me yet. I'm just a big friendly dog.

Dave Has Arrived!

Well I LOVE my new home. Everyone here loves me sooooo much except the other dogs. I don't know what I did to make them mad but To Know Me Is To Love Me, so I know they will come around. I am so happy to be out of my cage at the shelter. I just ran around checking out the new digs. I think I can be happy here. The man of the house seems to really take to me. I think we can be buddies till the end.

Here Comes Winter!!

I'm ready for winter. I had my hair trimed. Don't you like the pink bows? How did they know I got a new pink sweater? Now I'm not only cute but I match!!

Drew's Passing

I had to say good-bye to my best friend today. I still don't know really what happened but my mommy left with Drew and didn't bring him back. I miss him already.

We will miss you too Drew. Even though you were a little crazy we loved you very much :(:(:(

Happy Anniversary

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY !!

Happy 23 years to my wonderful better half. I am off to the spa again for sticking with him all these years. I loved every minute of it and would happily do it again.

Rhiannon and Anthoni's Visit

Rhiannon and Anthoni came for a visit. Wow is he getting big. He's going to catch up to Patrice pretty soon! We did a lot of running a laughing. Anthoni is sooooo funny. He just loves hugs and kisses:):)

Belle and Scooby didn't get along too well, but no fighting so they were good girls.

I know! I know! I'm too cute.

I'm all ready for Halloween. I can't wait for the candy. My sister Patrice was nice enough to get me this too cute costume. I just love her!!

Everyone is so nice to me. But I've heard them talking about another four legged creature moving in here. They better know I'm the queen!! And I don't mind reminding them either.

Fun At Irma's

We were only there less than 24 hours but we made a big impression. A fun time was had by all with the exception of Mia and Belle. Sometimes they weren't having too much fun. Pat loved all his birthday presents. His favorite was the one he didn't get from Mariah and Bekah. Anticipation is half the fun. He can't wait to see what they got him. I guess they will bring it on Christmas morning. Haha
You will notice that Henry has his essientals, a ladder, a hedge clipper and two bags of cookies. Notice the look on Henry's and Pat's face are they father and son????? A good time was had by all.

A day at the spa oooh la la. Us girls are just back from a day of pampering. Don't we look relaxed? Belle had her hair and nails done at Connie's grooming and I had an hour message, facial and lunch at The Spa At Cinco Ranch. Isn't Pat soooooo sweet to give me that for my b-day. Now if I could only do that once a month. hahaha

As you can see I made it up north and back. I had a great time seeing old friends and visiting with my family. My dad is doing good. It was nice to spend some time with him. I also saw some family that I hadn't seen in about 20 years. My aunt Phyllis and her two children Jeff and Dawn. My how time flies. I didn't win at Potawatomi but I'm willing to try, try, try again!!

The weather was great up there. I know they were all hot but I don't think I warmed up the whole time.

4th of July aftermath

Well we lived through the 4th but got flooded out the next morning. Patrice is standing right at the bottom of our driveway. Since it was garbage day all the garbage in the neighborhood was floating down the street. That's one way of getting ride of it. One of our neighbors got out his boat and took a ride down the street. It's my first day of quiet around the house and everybody got flooded in! They were able to leave at 9:00am. :)
