The After Party

Everyone had a good time at Mike and Wendy's on Christmas night except maybe Belle. Wendy promised that Pancho wouldn't chase her because he was fixed but nobody told Pancho. No wonder he has no friends! The poor thing had to sit at the bar and eat off the counter or be carried all night. The food was good and the stories better. Bekah was keeping everyone laughing (at Stephen's expense) with the stories she told. Bekah, Bekah TMI. Hopefully you didn't get into too much trouble. I would have taken more pictures but I had to carry Belle all night long. :):)

Anthoni's Third Christmas

Anthoni came over after the big group had gone to rest. We do have to get ready for the second round. Anthoni was on his thrid round of opening presents and still had one or two more places to go. He really loved all the things he got. Santa brought him a PSP. He also got a digital camera so he can update his blog. Hint hint. He got many other things and maybe the best a Packer jacket and Packer finger. No cheese heads for him! Now he will match the Packer food dish Scooby got and the Packer magnet and blanket his mom got. They are just a Packer family!

Merry Christmas the Wright Way!

After much drink we could all be merry. We missed the family that couldn't make it but we still managed to put away 7 bottles of spirits. Bekah was the big winner of the raffle. She was sooo excited to take home her own picture of Doc. We had the three wise men at our breakfast table and Wendy found someone to replace Mike. Not for long as we wouldn't let her take him home. Dave loved all the company except Scooby Doo. He wanted a scooby snack and we wouldn't let him. The ladies all lined up for a mega picture youngest to oldest. Can you tell which it which? Pat looks great in his new thongs. He has 10 pairs now! :) What a man. Irma got a great sign to help when Henry goes bonkers. Hopefully she will have time to put it in the window before he does anything!

DAVE WINS THE CONTEST!!!!!

After much practice Dave was a star pupil at his second lesson. He came in third place in the sitting contest!! He's such a good boy. He is chewing on his prize right now. He loves the noise it makes. Of course he still doesn't like the rest of the dogs being there. He was so out of control in stating his opinion that he needed a shot of some bad tasting liquid to calm him. :) As you can see he was exhausted at the end of the class. Pat and I needed a nap too! We have two weeks off for the holidays and we all need it.

Dave + Rain = YUCK

This is what my sweet boy looked like today after a trip outside in the rain. What kind of hole was he digging??? Shouldn't Buddy be training him? Of course Belle was too much of a lady to go out in the rain. She's such a perfect little lady!

Dave Goes to School

Dave had his first day of class today. He thinks he's a lap dog but it's our job to teach him different. He did okay on his first day. He stared at me pretty good but didn't want to look at Pat. He wouldn't sit for either one of us. I guess we will be practicing this week. There's a sitting contest next week and I intend to win!! I don't know who was more tired going home Dave or us. We all had to take a nap. More fun next week.

It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas

I just had to show you Belle's new sweater set. Isn't she toooooo cute??

Happy 28th Rhiannon!!

Rhiannon and Anthoni came over to celebrate her birthday. Anthoni taught grandpa how to use his PS2 game he's had for two years now. Next someone needs to teach him how to use the gun! We had gumbo, cake and presents. A great birthday all around. And a wonderful picture of daddy and his girls. I love you all.

Dave Makes New Friends

Dave has found someone to play with after all. Anthoni and Dave got along great. I don't think Anthoni ever met Drew. He was always in the box. It's nice to have a dog that likes everyone.

Does Santa See Everything?

It was a stressful day at PetSmart. We gathered to tell Santa what we wanted for Christmas and didn't like the other dogs there. Of course Belle was a lady sniffing butts and making friends but the same couldn't be said about Dave. I don't think he feels he needs anymore friends. Before Santa got there we were all teeth baring, growling and barking. He was a really bad boy. Very convincing portral of Cujo. As soon as the other dogs left (they decided to let Dave go first!) he calmed down and smiled with Santa. He didn't want to bite Santa or he wouldn't get anything for Christmas.
